Permissão negada (chave pública)

Eu estou tentando ssh do Linux para o Windows com criptografia de chave pública. Estou executando um servidor freeSSHd na máquina Windows. Não consigo fazer login mesmo com a autenticação de senha. Abaixo está o meu erro. Alguns podem sugerir uma razão para isso estar acontecendo?

verifique na máquina do Windows

  1. Verifique as permissões do shell (padrão, mas verifique em /etc/passwd file)

    ls -ltr /bin/bash
    chmod 755 /bin/bash
    
  2. Execute o serviço sshd em um terminal (verifique qual configuração de instalação de ID foi feita)

    /usr/sbin/sshd -d
    
  3. Execute o comando sftp / ssh em outro terminal

    sftp -vvv  userid@host
    ssh  -vvv  userid@host
