Quais programas usam minha conexão com a internet? [duplicado]

Minha conexão com a internet tem uma cota de 4 GB. Mas minha cota é esgotada muito rápido.

Eu configurei o Net Limiter, para ver quais programas usam minha conexão com a internet. Mas não há nenhum programa estranho. Existe apenas firefox.exe .

Então, como posso ver todos os programas que usam minha conexão e leechar minha cota de largura de banda? Por exemplo, existe algum comando CMD? como netstat

Tente usar o TCPView da Sysinternals para ver se você pode ter uma visão melhor do que está usando sua rede conexão.

TCPView is a Windows program that will show you detailed listings of all TCP and UDP endpoints on your system, including the local and remote addresses and state of TCP connections. On Windows Server 2008, Vista, and XP, TCPView also reports the name of the process that owns the endpoint. TCPView provides a more informative and conveniently presented subset of the Netstat program that ships with Windows.
