Se eu tentar instalar algo, o APT quer que eu execute sudo apt-get -f install
No entanto, se eu correr, fico:

Uma solução rápida seria forçar a substituição do arquivo que causou o erro, tenha cuidado:
sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/kde-config-telepathy-accounts_4%3a15.12.3-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb
Seguido pela instalação da correção:
sudo apt-get -f install
Overwriting pode causar sérios problemas se você errar, certifique-se de saber o que está fazendo!
