Como o título diz, eu tenho um Dell M6600, rodando o Windows 7, que se conecta à rede muito bem, eu posso usá-lo para navegar na web, incluindo link , eu posso me conectar a ele via RDP, ele foi associado ao domínio (mais abaixo), sem lentidão perceptível na conexão de rede. A questão é que as redes ativas estão relatando o tipo de acesso: sem acesso à Internet, e não consigo me conectar a algumas coisas, como não posso ativar o Office 2013 porque "não podemos nos conectar agora Por favor, verifique sua rede e tente novamente mais tarde ". Nenhum firewall de software está ativado.

Veja o que tentei:

ipconfig release & ipconfig renew
execute netsh int ip reset c:\temp\resetlog.txt (o registro nunca é gerado)
Conectar somente com Ethernet com fio
Conecte-se apenas com WiFi
Desinstalar / reinstalar os adaptadores de rede usando o console de gerenciamento
Percorra uma série de resultados do google inúteis, como route delete 0.0.0.0 if 11
Tentativa de reingressar um domínio, chegou a remover o computador do domínio, mas não pode ler, como "A localização da rede não pode ser alcançada" (ainda posso RDP para ele neste momento usando creds locais, existem eventos de falha do gpupdate que deveriam ter me dito que isso falharia)
Verifique os problemas do NCSI: navegação no link nos resultados do IE em uma página com o texto: "Microsoft NCSI", dns .msftncsi.com resolve corretamente
Ping nos resultados do servidor DNS no tempo limite da solicitação, mas a execução do nslookup funciona bem usando o servidor DNS.
alterou o endereço IP da reserva DHCP para um endereço IP não utilizado conhecido para verificar conflitos de endereço IP
software AV desinstalado
alterando a porta do comutador, o comutador para acesso com fio não teve efeito, as Tabelas de Endereço Dinâmico foram atualizadas corretamente quando foram comutadas para uma porta diferente (as portas nos comutadores têm as mesmas configurações para a maioria dos outros computadores com êxito na rede)
ping servidor DNS funciona agora, estava falhando, mesmo que estivesse funcionando bem com nslookup quando ping

Lidando especificamente com a mensagem "Sem acesso à Internet", o Windows usa o NCSI (Indicador de status de conectividade de rede) para isso. Isso verifica duas coisas:

Tivemos um problema semelhante com alguns usuários com direitos de administrador em suas máquinas (desenvolvedores) que estavam configurando suas máquinas, incluindo a instalação do Office 2013. Um deles se conectou à sua rede doméstica e ativou o Office dessa maneira, enquanto o outro entrou em contato mim.

Nosso pequeno escritório usa um roteador Watchguard que inclui um servidor proxy que não requer configurações no lado do usuário. Eu adicionei "permitir solicitações de intervalo através de não modificadas", sem sucesso. Eu então disse ao Watchguard para não fazer proxy desse usuário. Mas como sua instalação falhou anteriormente, eu tive que passear por seu disco rígido e registrar a exclusão de material antes que eu pudesse fazê-lo funcionar.

Eu sei que você disse em resposta a uma das respostas de Massimo que não há proxy para a rede, mas pode valer a pena checar se você não está 100% certo.

Eu também vi coisas estranhas com drivers mistos. O problema acabou sendo relacionado ao motorista. (DOH! Esqueci de tentar uma versão de driver diferente ao desinstalar e reinstalar os drivers.)

Os drivers OEM fizeram com que a máquina tivesse o sintoma "sem acesso à Internet" e o uso de um driver diretamente da Intel resultou no funcionamento correto do sistema. O sistema é um Dell M6600 com uma placa WiFi Intel 6200. O problema retornou depois que instalei o driver WiFi da Dell, e tive que fazer uma restauração do sistema para reverter o problema, depois instalar o driver da Intel, e o WiFi funcionou, assim como todo o resto.
