Hoje eu não consegui acessar um dos meus discos rígidos, depois da reinicialização parece funcionar agora, mas estou preocupado que vá morrer em breve.

Eu me certificaria de que tudo foi feito antes de executar qualquer teste, por precaução. Eu também consideraria montar o disco somente leitura e executar um backup completo se nenhum backup já estiver no lugar.
