Estou tendo problemas para atualizar meu software. Parece que os novos pacotes foram baixados, mas um pacote está me dando problemas

O problema apareceu pela primeira vez tentando atualizar através do gerenciador de atualização do Ubuntu, que recomenda tentar a opção -f na linha de comando.

Eu preciso de alguma forma limpar meus pacotes baixados, mas não instalados? Parece que o arquivo de imagem do Linux pode estar ruim.

Você misturou as informações meta em /var/lib/dpkg/info . Isso não parece bom.

Verifique se / var / não está preenchido inspecionando a saída de df .

Uma maneira de se recuperar dessa situação é remover o arquivo problemático e reinstalar o pacote posteriormente.

cd /var/lib/dpkg/info
mv -f linux-image-3.2.0-32-generic-pae.* /tmp/ 
dpkg -i /var/cache/apt/archives/linux-image-3.2.0-32-generic-pae.deb

Com um pouco de sorte, foi o único pacote embaralhado e você pode tentar novamente o apt-get install -f .
