Isso provavelmente significa que o /usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server não existe.

Certifique-se de que a diretiva Subsystem aponta para um caminho existente:

Subsystem sftp /usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server

Ou, na verdade, atualmente você usa normalmente o internal-sftp :

Subsystem sftp internal-sftp

Para mim, foi falha de configuração do cliente. Código 127 significa que o comando não foi encontrado. Alterei a configuração do WinSCP para usar "/ bin / sftp-server" em vez de "default" por engano. Verifique a configuração do seu cliente.

No meu, o caminho completo para o sftp-server estava no arquivo de configuração, mas não estava funcionando. Eu adicionei "Subsystem sftp internal-sftp", e ele começou a funcionar. Obrigado!
