Estou usando o Amazon CloudFormation para criar um Stack com EC2 e RDS (Postgres 9.4.4, 5gb, db.m1.small). A instância do RDS inicia um backup assim que ele é iniciado.
Como posso impedir que o RDS faça o backup na inicialização?
