Host do cliente Postfix rejeitado

Eu configurei o Postfix + Courier + Roundcube no Ubuntu 12.04, mas quando tento enviar um email com o Roundcube, recebo o seguinte erro:

Você definiu smtpd_sasl_security_options = noanonymous (este também é o padrão). Na sua configuração roundcube a linha

$rcmail_config['smtp_server'] = 'ssl://127.0.0.1';

define o uso de ssl. Para conexões SSL anônimas serem rejeitadas, você deve fornecer um nome de usuário e senha para a conexão. Mas você não definiu nenhum:
