Redirecionamento do Apache para index.php

Question

Eu tenho a configuração do host virtual abaixo no Centos 6.5 executando o Apache 2.4.

        DirectoryIndex index.html

Quando vou para server_IP:4323 , a página HTTP padrão é exibida. Como eu poderia obter o redirecionamento para index.php trabalhando, por favor?

No apache2.conf ou httpd.conf , altere *

DirectoryIndex index.html

Para

DirectoryIndex index.php

Ou vários:

DirectoryIndex index.php index.html

Em seguida, reinicie o apache.

Você também pode usar DirectoryIndex index.php index.html para carregar o .php primeiro, mas se ele não existir (como o site é executado no .html), ele servirá o arquivo .html.
