Eu tenho 2 servidores conectados à nossa lan corporativa (10.0.0.0 \ 24) e também conectados a uma lan separada (192.168.1.0 \ 30). Eu sou incapaz de ping de um servidor do outro na rede 192.168.1.0 e fazendo um tracert mostra o primeiro salto ser 10.0.0.226. A seguir, nossa tabela de roteamento atual. A rota está lá. Parece que você adicionou a rota estática na interface errada na máquina 1. Se você não especificar uma interface, o Windows escolherá uma só e não tenho certeza do que ela usa para escolher, mas eu ve nunca viu escolher o caminho certo. route delete 192.168.1.1 deve fazer isso.
Em segundo lugar, você tem uma rota estática inválida na máquina 2. A exclusão de ambas (e o uso de nenhuma rota estática) deve funcionar bem.
