Ok, então sou um pouco novo em tudo isso.
Eu estava tentando fazer com que o php e o apache2 fossem executados no meu host local e parece que não consigo fazê-lo funcionar.
Continuo recebendo esta mensagem ao inserir localhost no chrome em minha máquina:

Não sei exatamente o que fazer com isso e realmente gostaria de começar a trabalhar.

O Apache está tentando se conectar a um proxy upstream em fe80::1 port 20559, mas não há nenhum serviço em execução nesse endereço / porta. Como nenhum serviço está em execução, o Apache obtém Connection refused e retorna um erro 503.
Para resolver o problema, inicie o serviço ou use o endereço IP / número de porta correto, conforme aplicável. (É improvável que fe80::1 seja o endereço correto.)
