Converter nginx para o Apache reescreve

Question

Estou tentando configurar o CodeIgniter de um site existente que esteja no nginx. Minha máquina local é o Apache e este é o esquema de redirecionamento no nginx. Como faço para escrever isso usando RewriteRules ?
