O Apache no meu servidor está, de repente, muito lento. Eu tenho um 8 GB Ram, 4 servidor da CPU em digitalocean com LAMP instalado. O que posso fazer para corrigir isso?

A página de exemplo exemplo é muito lenta, esta é a página de status do servidor apache Meu palpite é que o iptables está diminuindo a velocidade, já que não há nenhuma razão do lado do hardware, há recursos livres suficientes. Eu tenho 8 GB de RAM e 4 CPUs.
