Eu tenho uma máquina virtual Debian rodando que usa um pouco de tempo de CPU no ksoftirqd. Eu tenho outros servidores rodando Ubuntu (ambos 12.04 / 14.04) que não têm esse mesmo problema e podem ter que migrar de volta para o Ubuntu se eu não conseguir entender por que isso acontece com o Debian.

Isso é normal para o Debian no Hyper-V? Se não como eu descobrir o que está causando isso e resolvê-lo? São as configurações do Hyper-V e não o Debian?
