Instalando o lighttpd nos erros do CentOS 6.3 yum 404

Question

Eu tenho um servidor CentOS 6.3 x86_64 e estou tentando instalar o lighttpd. Eu instalei o repositório EPEL no servidor usando o seguinte:

 rpm -Uvh http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/x86_64/epel-release-6-7.noarch.rpm

Eu então tentei instalar o lighttpd usando o seguinte comando:

yum install lighttpd lighttpd-fastcgi

O comando gera o seguinte:

Em seguida, ele tenta baixar os pacotes:

Ele está tentando baixar o lighttpd-1.4.31-1.el5.x86_64.rpm (o el5 rpm) quando o arquivo real é link o el6 rpm. Como corrijo esse problema no servidor?

Logo após postar a pergunta, encontrei a solução. A execução do seguinte comando corrigiu o problema:

yum clean all

Tente isto:

Em vez de deixar o yum baixar e instalar esse rpm, baixe você mesmo

wget http://mirrors.rit.edu/epel/6/x86_64/lighttpd-1.4.31-1.el6.x86_64.rpm

e depois vamos instalar o yum

yum localinstall lighttpd-1.4.31-1.el6.x86_64.rpm
