Desabilitar o VT-d e interromper a quebra de remapeamento MSI-X?

Portanto, eu tenho um servidor Dell PowerEdge R610 executando Debian Jessie que, de acordo com alguns documentos, tem um chipset com defeito: link ( Intel 5500 rev 13 ).

A minha pergunta é, isso afeta o recurso MSI-X das placas NIC (o que deve propagar interrupções entre os núcleos)?

Nesse servidor específico, na verdade, apenas um núcleo está atendendo a interrupções, mas não tenho certeza se esse é o resultado das configurações desativadas do BIOS e do kernel. Ou algo mais poderia estar em jogo?

(Infelizmente não tenho acesso ao BIOS para alterar configurações e testar coisas com os recursos ativados).
