Em um post diferente, li que tenho que forçá-lo a sobrescrever, então fiz com sudo dpkg -i --force all /var/cache/apt/archives/texlive-fonts-recommended_2016.20170123-5_all.deb . Foi sem erros, mas mostrou que alguns pacotes não foram totalmente instalados, então eu pedi aqueles com dkpg -C . Lá foi dito que alguns não estavam configurados (com dpkg --configure -a ), alguns foram acionados mas o processamento do gatilho não havia sido feito (feito com dpkg --configure --pending ).
