apt-get issues, pacotes relacionados ao Python não totalmente instalados ou removidos [duplicado]

Sempre que tento instalar um pacote ou atualizar usando apt-get , recebo o erro abaixo.

Esta resposta para outra pergunta resolveu o problema que eu estava tendo.

A causa raiz dos problemas é um pacote Python corrompido, tentando reinstalar os pacotes com os seguintes comandos:

sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -f --reinstall libpython2.7-minimal python-configparser

Tente executar o seguinte para corrigir os problemas do pacote:

sudo apt-get check;sudo apt-get autoremove;sudo apt-get autoclean;

Também está seguindo o seguinte para atualizar o & amp; atualizar:

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
