DNS Named.service isc_stdio_open 'data / named.run' falhou: permissão negada

Oi pessoal Eu tenho problemas com o início do systemctl named.service
Eu estava tentando instalar bind & configure tudo para fazer funcionar um nome de domínio público, mas corri neste problema.

systemctl status named.service

e eu recebo este erro

Há algo de errado com as permissões?

Também status do SELinux

$ sestatus

Eu criei um diretório em chroot

cd /var/named
mkdir chroot/var/named/data
chown named:named  chroot/var/named/data

e depois disso

sudo systemctl start named.service

Eu verifiquei com

systemctl status named.service

e tudo estava em funcionamento.
