Tenho um switch de canal de fibra QLogic SANbox 5800 com 20 portas SFP. Desses 20, eu posso usar apenas 16. As últimas 4 portas estão mostrando Operational State Down .

Como posso ativar essas portas? Nenhuma das conexões para essas portas funciona. Eu tentei alterar o Operational State e o Login Status dessas 4 portas, mas não obtive êxito.
Eu também verifiquei as licenças e ele diz que 20 portas são licenciadas, mas não especifica quais.

Eu não mencionei que já passei por todas as etapas de solução de problemas físicos. SFPs substituídos, cabos, portas diferentes usadas nos dispositivos conectados, e assim por diante ... Nenhum desses é o problema.

Estou vendo que o EpIsoReason da porta 16 é " NotLicensed ". Também mostra Licensed: False . Não sei por que o seu comando show version relatou 20 portas licenciadas. O comando feature log deve exibir o número real de portas licenciadas - se isso também concordar que são 20 e essas portas ainda estão off-line, então eu abro um ticket.
