Você não pode.

O status "Pronto para reconstrução" significa que a reconstrução provavelmente está sendo executada em um erro de leitura de um disco de parceiro. Você pode ter outro disco com falha na matriz. Consulte: Force LUN em um HP Smart Array para reconstruir

  • Você substituiu recentemente um disco?
  • Forneça a revisão do firmware do controlador Smart Array E200i que você está usando.
  • Por favor, mostre ctrl all show config detail

Eu verificaria seus backups e agendaria o tempo para desligar o sistema e ligá-lo novamente. Isso pode ser um problema de firmware, dependendo do que aconteceu antes disso, ou você pode ter a situação de disco com falha descrita acima.
