Estou tentando reconstruir um ataque 1 (dmraid + isw) sem sucesso. Substitui o disco com falha por um novo e o BIOS o adicionou automaticamente ao ataque. Rodando o kernel 2.6.18-194.17.4.el5.

Não tenho certeza se o dmraid suporta a reconstrução de um fakeraid (como o isw). Eu aconselharia a raspagem da isw e construir raid de software puro com mdadm.
