DNS no Server 2008 R2 Standard pára de funcionar

Question

Tenha um problema estranho com a instalação de um servidor Windows 2008 R2 Server com DNS. Hoje, o servidor DNS parou de funcionar e ficou offline. Isso fez com que todos os clientes ficassem off-line, pois estavam usando apenas o DNS Server

Quando os clientes são reconfigurados com um DNS alternativo (OpenDNS), eles funcionam bem, mas no servidor isso ainda não permite conectividade.

Todos podem se conectar localmente ao servidor, e eu posso fazer VPN no servidor, mas o servidor não tem conectividade com a Internet, e o servidor DNS está fornecendo os seguintes erros nos registros

Verify that this is a valid IP address for the server computer.  If it is NOT valid use the Interfaces dialog under Server Properties in the DNS Manager to remove it from the list of IP interfaces.  Then stop and restart the DNS server. (If this was the only IP interface on this machine and the DNS server may not have started as a result of this error.  In that case remove the DNS\Parameters\ ListenAddress value in the services section of the registry and restart.)

If this is a valid IP address for this machine, make sure that no other application (e.g. another DNS server) is running that would attempt to use the DNS port.

UPDATE Eu reponho o Winsock & TCP / IP, mas o servidor ainda não tem conectividade com a Internet. Tentar pingar qualquer outra estação me dá "falha geral". Tentar pingar um IP ou URL externo me dá o mesmo

Eu tenho dois NICs. Um que eu posso pingar com sucesso o outro me dá uma falha geral.

Quando desativo a NIC "com falha" e defino apenas essa NIC para uso no DNS, tudo parece funcionar novamente. Isso significa que a NIC provavelmente está falida? Como posso resolver isso?

Tente descobrir o que usa a porta 53 tcp / udp nesse servidor. Use a ferramenta netstat e wireshark, se necessário. Possíveis razões:

1. Outro programa usa a mesma porta
2. Configuração incorreta do servidor (mas se você não alterou nada neste servidor e parece estar protegido contra worms / vírus / hackers, devemos excluir este caso)
