Se você estiver usando o Exchange 2010, poderá seguir o método para exportar dados do Exchange para o formato de arquivo PST:
Etapa 1: Crie uma pasta compartilhada para o acesso ao arquivo PST
Etapa 2: Conceda direitos adequados ao usuário Primeiro, acesse o Centro de administração do Exchange
Etapa 3: Salvar dados no formato PST
