Login do SSH do EC2 é interrompido temporariamente em "Inserindo a sessão interativa"

Question

Estou pesquisando isso há horas, não consigo entender por que isso está acontecendo. Originalmente marcado como internet, mas verifiquei minhas velocidades (37 para baixo, 10 para cima). Eu fui da Califórnia para Oregon, e desde então meu Amazon EC2 começou a ficar por vários minutos no login do SSH. Este comando:

Após cerca de 5-10 minutos, ele finalmente será finalizado. Isso está me deixando louco. Alguma idéia a todos? Eu tentei adicionar o -o para consertá-lo, mas nada. Também tentei mudar o UseDNS para não.
