ADWS no Server 2003 Base

Question

Tem um disco difícil de lidar aqui.

Estou tentando instalar serviços da Web no Server 2003 SP2 (x86 / base NÃO R2!), mas quando eu o instalo estou recebendo erros com o Log resultante:

Eu verifiquei as atualizações, certifiquei-me de que o .NET 3.5 era bom e não consigo encontrar uma referência aqui.

Você já seguiu os pré-requisitos para a KB mencionada?

Além disso, em uma breve Pesquisa do Bing, encontrei esse problema semelhante relacionado à instalação do AD Web Management Gateway no Server 2003, que pode ou não ser aplicável a você.
