Server 2012, tentativa de instalar serviços de certificados, agora o Win-RM está quebrado

Question

Eu tenho dois servidores Exchange, um executando o Exchange 2007 e um Exchange 2010. No Exchange 2010, tentei instalar uma função de certificado AD, mas depois de instalar a função, não consigo executar o Assistente de pós-implantação. Quando o assistente é aberto, recebo o erro:

Failed to open runspace pool. The Server Manager WinRM plug-in might be corrupt or missing.

Outros Sintomas que ocorreram neste momento incluem problemas com os consoles do Gerenciador do Servidor e do Gerenciamento do Exchange e problemas com o Powershell. Enquanto o servidor parece estar servindo e-mail corretamente eu não posso gerenciar o servidor de outra forma.

Solução de problemas

Eu tentei o seguinte:

• Execute WinRM quickconfig , que mostra que o serviço está sendo executado e configurado para gerenciamento.
• Configurações do WinRM restauradas: winrm invoke restore winrm / config @ {}
• Configurações de plug-in do WinRM restauradas: winrm invoke restaurar o winrm / config / plugin @ {}
• Adicione "127.0.0.1" e ":: 1" ao IP lista de ouvidos
• Desativado o firewall (abriu as portas, o serviço ainda correndo).
• Framework do Windows Management 4.0 instalado
• Assegure-se de que o serviço de Gerenciamento Remoto do Windows (WS-Management) esteja em execução.

Estou ficando rapidamente sem artigos na Internet sobre esse tópico. Não sei como é o WinRM no IIS. A extensão WinRM IIS deve aparecer como um dos pools de aplicativos?
