Desabilitando o IRQ # 16 ao remover o cabo DVI [fechado]

Eu tenho um computador rodando com um cartão Blackmagic Decklink e uma tela de usb. O problema que estou tendo é que, às vezes, um conflito irq ocorre e o sistema operacional desativa o irq16 com o qual a placa decklink e a tela usb estão conectadas. Se eu remover o cabo dvi, o servidor "apitará" e obterá este erro:

Depois disso, a tela do usb é muito lenta na atualização. E o cartão decklink está ficando estranho depois disso. Eu acho muito estranho que tudo isso venha da desconexão do cabo dvi.

Eu mudei a tela usb para outra porta usb ehci_usb3 e quando eu recebo o erro apenas o cartão decklink eu afetado.

Eu estou executando o debian 6.0.4 com um kernel personalizado. Eu adicionei um patch que permite escrever para hidraw dispositivos. Eu usei o mesmo patch de kernel em outros kernels como o ubuntu 10.04. Eu não sei muito sobre o irq e se o problema está relacionado ao kernel ou ao hardware da placa-mãe ou do cartão decklink
