Estou tentando usar WIM2VHD de acordo com as instruções sobre Scott A postagem no blog do Hanselman para criar uma imagem VHD com Sysprepped para inicializar. Instalei o WAIK e tenho minhas fontes do Windows 7 montadas como uma unidade virtual.
Quando tento executar o WIM2VHD assim:

Por favor, modifique sua linha de comando assim:
cscript WIM2VHD.wsf /wim:F:\sources\install.wim /sku:Ultimate /vhd:E:\WindowsSeven.vhd /size:30721 /trace:true
e publique o conteúdo do arquivo de log. Isso me ajudará a descobrir o que está acontecendo.
Você pode resolver o problema adicionando /classicmount:true à sua linha de comando.
