Quanto ao erro, ele diz que o puseaudio já está em execução, por isso não é possível iniciar ou criar um pid para o daemon como já existe porque o daemon está em uso. Para reiniciar o pulseaudio, use o (s) seguinte (s) comando (s):

sudo alsa force-reload
sudo service pulseaudio start
Em versões mais recentes do Ubuntu, execute o seguinte:
sudo killall pulseaudio
sudo alsa force-reload
pulseaudio --start --log-target=syslog
2. Verifique se você tem um arquivo em /etc/pulse/default.pa
Se você não tiver um, use os seguintes comandos
sudo gedit
em seguida, copie e cole o seguinte no gedit e, em seguida, "salvar como" /etc/pulse/default.pa.
Quando terminar, salve qualquer trabalho não salvo e reinicie e você deverá ter mais do que uma saída fictícia depois de fazer o login novamente.
