Não é possível acessar a Internet no pod no cluster privado do GKE

No momento, não consigo acessar / ping / conectar-me a qualquer serviço fora do Google no meu cluster privado do Kubernetes. Os pods estão rodando linux alpino.

O pod certamente tem um IP atribuído e não tem problemas para se conectar ao seu gateway:

Os nós de um cluster GKE privado não têm endereços IP externos, por isso não podem se comunicar com sites fora do Google. link
