No entanto, para responder à sua pergunta específica e ajudar você a entender como os blocos de localização funcionam no NGINX, alterei seu código. Eu essencialmente criei dois blocos de localização, cada um se aplica a diferentes tipos de arquivos. O primeiro que criei para corresponder aos tipos de arquivo que você deseja aplicar cabeçalhos expirados também tem instruções para enviar cabeçalhos de expiração junto com o mesmo código CORS que você usou. O segundo bloco de localização é usado somente para os outros tipos de arquivos que você deseja adicionar cabeçalhos CORS também, mas não deseja que os cabeçalhos de expiração sejam adicionados. Como cada bloco de localização contém diferentes tipos de arquivo, não há problema com o NGINX escolhendo um ou outro, e isso atinge seu objetivo.
