Dê uma olhada no campo "time", ele decrementa de 100 para 0 por 1ms com cada pacote e após esse tempo = 0 ele começa novamente a partir de 100ms.

As variações de ida e volta parecem pouco naturais. Eu não acho que isso poderia ter sido causado por medições de tempo imprecisas ou pelo congestionamento da rede.

Mas hardware e / ou software de simulação de rede podem muito bem ser capazes de inserir atrasos sintéticos. Isso seria um recurso muito útil durante o desenvolvimento de software. E as variações que você vê não seriam tão difíceis de introduzir com ferramentas de simulação de rede.

Além disso, eu acho que você não tem realmente feito ping no servidor, você acha que estava fazendo ping. Considerando a viagem de ida e volta de menos de 2 ms e a velocidade da luz em fibra ótica, você pode calcular a distância máxima entre o seu servidor e o host que você está fazendo o ping. Não pode estar a mais de 100 km de distância.

O TTL é outra pista. Os pacotes chegam com um TTL de 60. É provável que eles tenham sido enviados com um TTL de 64. Isso significa que há apenas quatro roteadores entre você e o nó que você estava executando o ping.
