Eu acho que o serviço Windows do WAS está com falha. Minha sugestão é que remova e recrie o serviço usando WASService.exe .

Eu parei o servidor Web Sphere 7.0.0 usando o caminho firststep.bat (... \ profiles \ AppSrv01 \ firststeps). Agora, quando estou tentando iniciar, estou obtendo o seguinte erro
