Yum trava em “Configurando repositórios”

Question

Ao executar o seguinte comando, o yum trava no Setting up repositories .

[vagrant@centos48 yum.repos.d]$ sudo yum install emacs

Note que recebi o mesmo erro de antes ao comentar [base] do baseurl , mas deixando o mirrorlist descomentado.

Isso porque seu servidor está executando uma versão antiga do CentOS 4, que foi Entretenimento em fevereiro de 2012. Os arquivos foram movidos para o Cofre do CentOS . Seus arquivos repo precisariam ser modificados para continuar a usar este SO com o framework YUM.

Você pode atualizar seu arquivo /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo para apontar para o novo local da seguinte forma:
