Eu preciso do conjunto padrão de fontes de software para recuperar minha instalação

Acabei de ter os padrões. Eles estão todos desaparecidos. Não consigo instalar nenhum software. Estou usando o Kubuntu 11.04 x86.

Eu não tenho ideia do porque eles desapareceram. Eles apenas fizeram. : /

Como obtenho as fontes de software padrão de volta?

(Eu sei o comando sudo add-apt-repository, mas preciso dos nomes dos repositórios padrão)
