Eu quero usar a API Dropbox por meio dessa biblioteca, link .
Eu instalei o MAMP e tentei

Pela outra resposta, você está perdendo cabeçalhos PCRE. Aqui está uma correção:
Instale MacPorts
Execute estes comandos para criar o PCRE e colocar os cabeçalhos onde o pecl está procurando:
sudo port install pcre
sudo cp /opt/local/include/pcre.h /usr/include/
Repita a criação do oauth:
sudo pecl install oauth
