Há algumas semanas, a smartd informa que está ignorando alguns dos autotestes programados nos finais de semana:

As unidades nessa matriz RAID-1 estão configuradas para executar um teste off-line quatro vezes por dia, um autoteste curto às 2 da manhã todos os dias e um autoteste longo aos sábados às 2 da manhã. Por alguma razão, parece que o auto-teste longo está demorando mais, fazendo com que os outros testes agendados sejam ignorados.
Primeira pergunta: isso é um sinal de provável falha no drive?

Considerando que essa campanha tem cerca de 4,5 anos, provavelmente estou tentando o destino mantendo-a em serviço.
O SMART não parece ter muito respeito como uma maneira confiável de prever falhas de unidade. O que mais posso usar para obter uma indicação antecipada da falha da unidade?
