Windows Server 2016 Remote Desktop Services Iniciando o programa

Question

Eu configurei um servidor RDP do Windows Server 2016 e tudo funciona, exceto no AD especificado. Iniciando o programa que não será iniciado.

O programa especificado existe no servidor e funciona perfeitamente em um servidor RDP do Windows 2008 R2, por isso não entendo por que ele não é executado nesse servidor Windows 2016 RDP.

O que estou fazendo de errado aqui? :)

Segundo a Microsoft, isso não é um bug, mas sim um recurso introduzido com as alterações feitas no Remote Connection Manager (RCM) no Windows Server 2016.
