Não consegui encontrar uma maneira oficial de lidar com isso, então decidi abandonar as tabelas individualmente e reimportá-las. Não querendo fazer isso manualmente, eu peguei um script PHP para fazer isso por mim. Estou postando aqui caso alguém ache isso útil.
