rails cap implanta problemas de unicórnio

Tentando usar o aplicativo rails implantado. Tudo está instalado nginx, unicornio, setup.

Erro ao obter:

Como isso pode ser corrigido? Eu procurei por uma hora uma leitura em muitos docs e blogposts, ainda não encontrei a solução.

UPDATE

Ao executar o comando start do unicórnio no servidor:

Minhas permissões para / srv / drwxr - r-- 4 raiz do root 4096 Mar 15 19:14 srv * não tenho certeza se estão certos

unicorn_rails -E production -c $APP_PATH/config/unicorn.rb -D deve ser tudo que você precisa. Então, olhando para o seu código, você está perdendo seu sinalizador de env ( -E ) se você tiver que usar o pacote dessa maneira.
