Não é possível instalar o mysql no Ubuntu?

Eu tentei vários métodos, a partir do terminal e agora do centro de software e lá estou recebendo este erro:

Como consertar isso? O que está acontecendo?

Seu sistema teve um soluço e alguns pacotes não foram atualizados.

sudo apt-get install -f
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Agora, reinstale perl-base :

sudo apt-get install --reinstall perl-base

Mas agora o problema é:

Reinstallation of the perl-base is not possible, it can not be retrieved.

Muito engraçado, agora tentamos isso:

apt-get download perl-base

Ok, última tentativa, abra o link com o seu navegador e instale:

sudo dpkg -i perl-base_5.18.2-2ubuntu1_amd64.deb

Agora, de repente, temos um problema com distribuições mistas em /etc/apt/sources.list . apt-cache policy … mostra Trusty e lsb_release -a e fornece as informações:
