Atraso na entrega de correio - Provedor de troca hospedado

Recentemente, me inscrevi em um novo provedor de e-mail hospedado. Quando eu mando e-mails (do OWA, ou Outlook), há um atraso de até 3 minutos entre o envio da mensagem e quando ela é recebida (na minha conta do Gmail, por exemplo)

Eu listei os cabeçalhos abaixo.

Há algo que eu possa aconselhar meu novo host de e-mail a fazer? Meu host de e-mail anterior é entregue em 5 segundos !!

Poderia ser uma função de quantos hops o e-mail está passando agora, ao contrário de quantos passou anteriormente. Cada salto adicionará algum tempo ao processo de entrega. Além disso, como não há nada nos RFCs que declare qualquer requisito de tempo ou mesmo uma garantia de entrega de e-mail, você provavelmente precisará lidar com o fato de que seu e-mail pode demorar um pouco mais do que costumava. Meu conselho: conte o número de saltos que está passando agora, ao contrário do que passou anteriormente, e verifique o timestamp em cada salto. Isso pode indicar um salto que está adicionando algum atraso ao processo de entrega.

O novo serviço pode ser greylisting . Isso pode adicionar pequenos atrasos na entrega de mensagens.

Pode ser um número simples de problemas de saltos ou Greylisting. O greylisting causa um atraso de pelo menos 5 minutos e também nunca é usado para emails internos. Portanto, é improvável que seja isso.

No entanto, para confirmar, você pode tentar o teste do servidor de e-mail on-line no link e ver se isso dá a você alguma pistas.
