A conta do serviço de domínio não consegue efetuar login localmente antes de efetuar login no controlador de domínio com êxito

No momento, estamos vendo um problema em nosso ambiente em que as contas de serviço de domínio estão tentando validar localmente contra uma máquina. Essas tentativas falham, gerando o Evento 4625 com o Sub-Status 0xc0000064 (nome de usuário não encontrado). Uma vez que estas falhas, as contas tentam autenticar contra o controlador de domínio onde conseguem gerar o evento 4624. Todos os servidores estão executando o Windows 2008.

Isso está causando problemas em nosso sistema de alertas, pois está vendo a autenticação local falhar regularmente e sinalizar isso como um comportamento potencialmente malicioso.

É o comportamento esperado de uma conta de serviço tentar autenticar localmente antes de retornar ao controlador de domínio ou pode haver algum erro de configuração em algum lugar? Amostra dos eventos 4624 e 4625 abaixo.

The Logon Type field indicates the kind of logon that was requested. The most common types are 2 (interactive) and 3 (network).

The Process Information fields indicate which account and process on the system requested the logon.

The Network Information fields indicate where a remote logon request originated. Workstation name is not always available and may be left blank in some cases.

The authentication information fields provide detailed information about this specific logon request.
    - Transited services indicate which intermediate services have participated in this logon request.
    - Package name indicates which sub-protocol was used among the NTLM protocols.
    - Key length indicates the length of the generated session key. This will be 0 if no session key was requested.
