Conexão Redefinir Erro AxisFault

Estou tentando chamar um serviço da web de terceiros usando o axis2. Ele estava funcionando bem antes que o provedor de terceiros fizesse algumas alterações em seu servidor. Eles desativaram o protocolo TLS 1.0 e o servidor aceita apenas TLS 1.1 e TLS 1.2 .

Eu já adicionei o código abaixo, mas ainda sem sorte.

Essa é uma versão realmente antiga do Java e do WebSphere (na verdade, agora fora do suporte ), mas parece que o TLS 1.1 e 1.2 deve estar disponível lá:

Gostaria de saber se a configuração das opções de QoS no WebSphere resolverá isso. Eu não tenho acesso a um servidor 7.0, e não consigo encontrar nenhuma documentação do 7.0 online, mas as configurações do 8.5.5 estão descritas aqui:

Onde a opção sslProtocol é o que eu estou pensando. Mesmo com versões anteriores do WAS 8.5.5, isso é definido como um valor padrão que não faz TLS mais recente.
