Claramente o mysql não é o problema mais você teria visto métricas horríveis. ver qual processo consumindo CPU (top, vmstat, sar ...), e se está afetando diretamente o usuário final do banco de dados (não parece em log: SEM consultas lentas) .
Meu servidor de 8 núcleos está sob carga constante e o tempo ideal também é 0. Abaixo está a saída do script mysqltuner.pl. Qualquer um pode ajudar por favor que todos os parâmetros precisam ser alterados para que ele consuma menos carga?
