Powershell: configure o proprietário da Chave de registro para o usuário do SYSTEM

Eu tenho que adicionar um caminho de exclusões à chave de registro do Windows Defender. Estou ciente de que existem cmdlets fornecidos pelo Windows Defender para usá-los diretamente para esses fins. Mas infelizmente, no Windows 7 e Powershell v2, eles não estão disponíveis. Então, eu estou tentando construir um script que irá inserir manualmente o valor para a chave do registro. Pesquisando on-line, eu coloquei um script que irá primeiro alterar o proprietário para Administradores, em seguida, adicione o valor e, finalmente, defina o proprietário para o proprietário inicial novamente. Mas até a parte de configuração de valor, tudo funciona bem. Somente quando tento definir o proprietário original novamente, recebo a seguinte exceção. Esta é a minha primeira vez roteirizando com o Powershell. E sou totalmente incapaz de entender / resolver o problema.

Finalmente, encontrei o que estava faltando no script. O usuário Administrador precisava de privilégio extra para restaurar o privilégio. Apenas uma chamada simples para a função enable-privilege SeRestorePrivilege antes de definir o proprietário original de volta, fornece ao processo atual a permissão necessária.
