O cliente Cisco Anyconnect se conecta à VPN, mas não pode alcançar nenhuma outra rede / sub-rede da máquina do cliente

Eu tenho um grande problema em relação à VPN que não posso resolver ou conectar os pontos (o que pode causar um problema)

Um dos nossos clientes quer substituir um acessório antigo por algo melhor, por isso escolheram o ASA para o fazer.

Eu criei toda a configuração no ASA e testei dentro da nossa rede de teste. Consegui me conectar com a máquina de clientes de fora para a VPN ASA e fazer ping em qualquer máquina dentro da rede. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Depois disso, configurei o mesmo firewall / config para o site do cliente e, assim que conectei o ASA à sua rede e tentei conectar-me de fora usando Any connect, não consegui fazer ping em nenhuma máquina dentro de sua rede. Todas as redes, sub-redes estavam fora do alcance / sem resposta.

No começo eu defini rotas estáticas e IP estático da interface ASA, mas sem sorte. Então eu configurei a interface para obter o endereço IP do servidor DHCP e todas as rotas do "switch L3 Core" que está fazendo todo o roteamento, novamente sem qualquer sorte.

Também preciso informá-lo que quando conectei o ASA à rede de clientes, pude fazer ping em qualquer interface de qualquer sub-rede / rede do ASA, o que significa que as rotas estão corretamente configuradas, mas logo uso VPN e tento pingar do lado de fora através do túnel de dentro do dispositivo / servidor / interface, eu não consigo alcançar nenhum deles ...

Mantenha a configuração "estática" no ASA.

No comutador central, adicione uma rota para 10.13.3.0/24 (seu pool Anyconnect ip) com o endereço IP interno do ASA 192.168.10.3 como próximo salto.

Editar: observe que a configuração do seu Split-Tunnel fará com que apenas o tráfego para o 192.168.10.0/23 seja tunnelled, se você quiser alcançar qualquer outro endereço no interior, precisará adicionar essas redes ao lista de túnel dividido.
