Eu cutuquei a imagem um pouco mais e notei que os executáveis perl eram ambos 0 kb. Eu não tenho ideia de como isso aconteceu, mas estou disposto a culpar vários dos meus testes e reinicializações.
Para referência futura, e para pessoas que querem controle total de pacotes do ISO, isso deve colocá-lo em funcionamento. Isso também criará um modelo de trabalho sem exigir acesso à Internet (yum) ...
